Dear Dell Water Customers,
We are aware that the mail has been slow lately, so please direct any complaints to your local post office. If you have not received your bill by the 10th of the month, please call us and we can tell you your current balance. We can also sign you up to get an emailed bill as well, should you like. As for ways to help insure your bill is paid on time, you can review our payment options here: Dell Water Payment Options, or call the office during normal business hours and we will help you to the best of our abilites.
